I am a Physical Therapist Assistant who has worked for ONR for 27 years. I have loved my job all the years I’ve worked for ONR. I’ve worked with many talented Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists over the years, from which I have gained much knowledge and skills. The current Physical, Occupational and Speech staff I work with are a fantastic team with an awesome Director of Rehab. ONR Team Rehab!
Being with ONR has been an incredible journey!!! I started with ONR as an internal traveler in July 2017. I was asked in January 2018 if I wanted to take on the DOR position. I was humbled and grateful for this opportunity. This has allowed me to live in CA full time. As a COTA/L DOR I have learned a great deal about enhancing my patient care, customer service, IDT relationships and leading a team. The rehab team that I work with is exceptional. Everyone with ONR has made this experience wonderful. I love the way the communication and resources are available when I need it. In the past I have worked with different companies and none of them compare to the mentorship and family feeling that I get with ONR.
